This November 22 at 12pm,The University of Waterloo is hosting an artist talk with painter and sculpture Suzanne Nacha. As a graduate of UWaterloo, Nacha will discuss her creative process in which she draws inspiration from structural geology and nationwide geological maps. Through her various mediums, Nacha creates idiosyncratic worlds as sites for narrative exploration, balancing humour, pathos and anthropomorphic tendencies to examine our relationship to geologic and industrial landscape.
This artist presentation will take place at the University of Waterloo, at ECH in room 1219 from 12pm on November 22, 2023.
