Congratulations to Meghan Price who has recently been announced as a finalist for the The Salt Spring National Art Prize (SSNAP). The prize is administered by the not-for-profit Salt Spring National Art Prize Society to recognize, showcase and advance the accomplishments of Canadian visual artists. The SSNAP 2023/24 finalists are selected by an independent jury that includes Richard Hunt, Pierre-François Ouellette, Helga Pakasaar and Gaëtane Verna.
The finalist exhibition will be September 23 – October 23, 2023 at historical Mahon Hall on Salt Spring Island, and will include Price's textile piece Hitchcock's Coal I.
